This is a basic 8-bunk hunter hut located in the southern end of Masons Bay, intended for hunters who have booked the surrounding hunting blocks. Bookings are essential, and can be made through the Rakiura National Park Visitor Centre.

*Please note, this is a backcountry hut with no DOC track access. You will need to plan your route and navigate yourself using a map, compass and GPS.
